Picked up a new shooter over the holiday break, a new upper from New Frontier running a 6×45 barrel from Black Hole Weaponry. I had heard a lot of good things about this setup and wasn’t disappointed while dialing in loads.
Sunday night I headed to one of my favorite spots for calling. I started my usual routine with the e-caller but the battery ended up dying on me after about 5 minutes. (the one time I didn’t check it before heading out) The setup looked good and I usually carry a hand call “just in case” so I dug it out and did a few series. A few minutes later a coyote came trotting down the valley locked in on the Mojo Critter. I barked her to a stop around 120 yds so she wouldn’t get my wind and let one fly. The 6mm bullet dropped her like a ton of bricks… 1 down.
