    Do you guys think and Savage 204 is a decent enough gun to go Coyote hunting?

    Great yote round. If I could I would get one, but the 223 will hammer them again this year. Buying a 12 gauge side by side this year for duck hunting. A good friend of mine had a hopped up 204 that would shoot sub 2 inch groups at 500.

    I would think the 204 would be an excellen round for yotes. I know guys taking them with a 17 hmr successfully and the 204 has a bit more than that.
