Got up this morning to -19 temps and no wind so I decided to go make a set for yotes before work. I found a new clear cut down from my house while grouse hunting and decided to hit that becouse it was close. I set up on top of the ridge overlooking the cedar swamp. After the second sequence of rabbit calls I catch somthing pop out on the road and head my way. I am thinking great, all of a sudden I see another one pop out right behind that one. I dump the one at 50 yards and turn to look for the other one. Here he comes trotting down the road right for the dead one. I dump him right where I shot the first one. That is the first time I have doubled up by myself. Back out this afternoon to check out a few spots.
Great morning to be outdoors
