Power trim o rings

For the guys more in the know on the ‘why’ portion, which I’d better for the o rings for the power trim ram. Buna (nitrile) or Viton? From what I have found either would work but any reason to prefer one over the other? I will not pay the ridiculous price and package full of useless parts for what i need that mercury wants me to pay for theirs.

Buna N – the sealing temperature range is better for our climate, as they can go well below zero before they become brittle.

Viton is better suited for high temps and become brittle slightly below freezing.
