    This is the inside unit.

We have that model in our small (529 sqft) guest cabin, it’s absolutely awesome and does heat too! I couldn’t recommended it enough…

What amperage do these draw? I’m looking for something less than 15-20 amps.

They don’t draw much. All of the circuits I have them on are 15 amp breakers. I dont exactly know what the draw is, but I havent blown a breaker yet and been using them for several years.

I am not sure how the heck they work, but in an LG single hose unit will cool a 16×10 canvas tent set up with full sun exposure VERY WELL. So well in fact you can not leave it on the max cool setting or you better have a good sleeping bag. I set up the tent, plug in the AC and set it at 70. No humidity and it is nice and cool in about a half hour.
