    Well we hit flood stage down here today. Looks like another spring of fast,high nasty water.

    We are right on the edge. This cold snap has no doubt been fortunate for all involved living in the flood zone. Slow, gradual melt during the day, freeze ups at night Water clarity is pretty good too pool 11 – Guttenburg

    And there is more to come. You will just have to pick your spots and days wisely. That is what I’m going to do. Be safe.

    I think that we will stick to fishing the Illinois for now.
