The city took out the dock at the Pool 5 Alma Ramp today. There is a sandy area near the ramp if you need to beach your boat. Just harder to launch by yourself now.
On a side note, fishing was pretty good today. We were out for a couple hours mid day and caught several 12-18″ sauger and walleye on plastics and minnows vertical jigging.

Did you happen to notice the water temps today? I was out last Friday and the bite was very tough and we did not boat a keeper but several small sauger and walleye. Had a hard time finding water that was above 32.
33.9 was the highest temp I saw.
