Looks like we are in for some high fast water down here soon. It’s starting off again like last year. Just hope it doesn’t get as bad. The fish a long Credit Island have been hot and heavy lately. Get out there while you can. Be safe if you go. There will be lots of debris flowing soon.

Doesn’t look good for you at all. I just hope that we don’t have a repeat of last year.

Tony, you may as well do like Larry and I did last year and convert to catfishing. Just wait till the spring rain starts in. As soon as the ice stops running in Blackhawk chute across from Keithsburg I’ll be out there.

We are calling for flooding in the long range. Our spring snowmelt flood outlooks are available on the http://www.weather.gov/dvn website. Massive snowpack upstream offers a very high risk of major flooding…

Just might have to do that Herb. I don’t mind fishing the high water at all. It’s all the crap that comes with it. I’m only a hundred yards off the Rock and catfish it a lot. Lots of snags and deep holes where I’m at. Let’s see what happens. Hope you’re doing well.
