How far downriver is P4 open

    Just curious how far downstream from Everts that the river is open. Can you make it to the mouth of Lake Pepin?

    Tom, I believe you mentioned the back channel by the sewer plant was frozen solid. It’ll take a few days to get some of that ice rotting away although I’m sure some nice February sunshine and 30’s temperature, along with wind, as forecast, will start doing a number on it.
