How far downriver is P4 open

    Just curious how far downstream from Everts that the river is open. Can you make it to the mouth of Lake Pepin?

    if its not now? it will be open in the can line for sure by the end of this weekend with the weather were getting!

    Tom, I believe you mentioned the back channel by the sewer plant was frozen solid. It’ll take a few days to get some of that ice rotting away although I’m sure some nice February sunshine and 30’s temperature, along with wind, as forecast, will start doing a number on it.

    I was ice fising pepin today and it looked like you could make well into the can line if not the head of the lake.
