    Brian-

Probably a dumb question. Does this mean they will be greatly altering the flow, or just closing the locks? Point being will it greatly effect the fishing up towards the split and dam? I’m new to the river and around five hours away, just looking forward to a few trips like I had last year in Nov and December. Thanks

This announcement isn’t anything different from past years. It’s talking about being able to lock up or down river and is independent of the dam.

The dam is controlled by acts of God and a higher being in St. Paul.
