    It’s amazing how fast the river is right now. We were watching wood and junk go by and it was really moving.

    Someone also once said, “if God gives you lemons, make lemonade.” so if bass are lemons, this is 4-5lb of lemonade. I watched Steve and James video on late season bass using large minnows and thought I would give it a try. The feeling of a 19″ bass hitting a 5″ creek chub is surprisingly similar to a walleye hitting one…and thats all that matters to me.

    Nah…its not a river bass…its a big fat lake bass. I’ve given up on the river for at least for another week or so.
