boat launch

    I never see it mentioned, is there a public boat launch in frotenac? we always use the one in lake city, but frontenac is closer to the head of the lake.

    I believe the only launch is at the Frontenac State Park 29223 County 28 Blvd..

    So to answer your question about a public launch ….. NO

    The closest one is at Hok-Si-L park ,just north of L.C.

    what about the launch at methodist point? is the public not supose to use that one?

    can you pay to use the one at frontenac or is it for park users only? where is methodist point?

    I believe the Frontenac Sportsmans landing is supposed to be for area residents only.

    I think Covill park in Red Wing is the closest landing to the head of the lake, and its free.
