fished the wabasha backwaters this morning. put in at wilcox and landed about 20 pike today on artificial baits of all sort. i was using muskie baits like hellhound with good luck. biggest pike today was 38in. with a bass and a 12in. crappie included. the key was finding weeds that u could work your bait through and positioning your boat far enough off the weeds. on a last note whoever the losers are who tried stealing our spot it didn’t work cuz as u could see we caught all your fish.
