Bertrum Lake Fisheree

    I see there was a Ice Fisheree this past weekend at Bertrum Lake and wondered if anyone knew how they did?? Or was in attendence??

    Any ice left at Bussey? Fish biting?

    DJunior, on Saturday the winning crappie weighed approximately 2 and a half pounds. The winning bluegill weighed just over 12 ounces. I didn’t make it Sunday. The fishing was very tough with most of the fish coming between the dredged areas on a hump at the lower end of the big pond. I don’t know about the bass and northern categories. I didn’t see any tip up flags all day so I wouldn’t be surprized if their wasn’t any northerns caught.

    Help me out on the lcoation of Bertrum Lake. Where is it?

    Fishon , Bertram Lake is located about 2 miles south of Cassville off Hwy 133. It’s a backwater off Pool 11.
