I know its a long shot but if any of you jig makers are interested in going in with me to purchase some premium jig hooks they are significantly cheaper if I buy them by the thousand. I’ll be buying Mustad 32746 ultra point jig hooks in sizes 1, 1/0 and 2/0. Shoot me a private and we’ll discuss the details if your interested.
Where were you last week when I ordered hooks. You’re right, that 32746 is one of the best jigs hooks that I’ve ever seen. They started making a hook just like those with a 60 degree eye to use with a tube head. Those are the ones that I use for tying hair jigs. That 60 degree eye really helps the jig hug the bottom. And it used to only come in that heavy hook design, these new ones are great. If you’d like to use the mold, just let me know. I’ll e-mail you a pic of one of the hairjigs…..you’ll see.
If there are leftovers, let me know. Maybe I’ll pick up a few hundred more.
