I am in the process of restoring an old building in Reads Landing and converting it to a brewpub (going to have river delivery as part of the business). For those who know the area, it is the old Anchor Inn building. The first order of the process is coming up with a name. Post your ideas and if I use yours, I am buying the beer (once I open up). I hope to open sometime in the spring of 2011.

    Give it your best shot!

You didn’t mention much or anything about food, or a direction there, wither you want something classier or downhome, or type of beer you’ll be serving. Any more insight would really help put the best fit name on your brewpub.

    Eagle’s nest/perch
    Pepin’s pints
    Pints on the perch/point/pier
    beerville
    Brew’s cruise
    Lager and Sauger
    Sauger’s lager
    pepie’s pints
    Bottleneck’s
    Pepin Craftbrewery
    Watercraftbrew/ery
    Hopp In
    Pepin’s Brewhaus
    Pepie’s Brewhaus
    Bluff country brews/brewpub/brewhaus/brewhouse
    Bluff country beer parlor
    Siren’s stop/song/beacon
    Scenic suds
    beer thirty
    Pale ale’s
    Draught in
    *Nick’s* gastro pub
    pepin’s gastro pub
    pepie’s gastro pub
    Eagle’s gastro pub
Whatever name you can think of…# gastro pub
    Riverside brewpub
    reeds landing beer club
    great river brews
    mississippi’s suds
    Pepin’s/pepies/bluff county/reedsland Biergarten/beergarden
great river/ miss. lakeside riverside Biergarten/beergarden
    pier beer
(river marker#)beerparlor/Biergarten/beergarden/brewpub/gastropub (tells the boaters exactly where you are)

Give me some feedback, Personally I like anything Gastro pub, if you’re planning on having some really good food to go with the beer, and I think you should That thought alone would excite me to stop in, I’ll be plenty awake and bored tomorrow night too
