It is rehabilitation/maintenance work being completed by the RWWL. It is a hydraulic jump that provides aeration and spawing habitat in addition to providing a hard base to move heavy equipment across Hay Creek as required to conduct habitat improvements projects and maintain existing water control structures on RWWL property.
Ya know, there still is hope though. We can all go out and catch em and then take em there to release them at Hay Creek and then they will be there. Thanks, Bill
