Guttenburg results

    I thought I’d post our fishing results at Guttenburg. We fished Thursday and this morning. It was our first time there. We stayed at the Landing and it was top notch. The fishing was a little slow and really cold in the mornings. I guess Wednesday’s fishing was better. We kept one limit of saugers and released a couple 22″ walleye. The barge is out and it looked like a fair amount of people were using it. We had fun and I’m sure we will go back when time allows.

    …yep the Landing is a great place to stay..that was my introduction to the Mississippi River. I’m glad I ventured out that way…next trip will be with my boat!!..

    20 or so boats each day up near the dam.

    Talked to some people who were on the barge today. They were catching some northern. No so much walleye or sauger.
