There’s no ice in southern MN. Anywhere. I believe a guy would have to drive north of Mille Lacs Lake to find ice thick enough…. and you’d be fishing the smaller lakes.
The reporters over on fishthelake.com are reporting that parts of Winnie are fishable…. as are the smaller lakes in that area. Devils Lake in N. Dakota has ice. Not much for options yet.
