Where Minnehaha creek comes in is a popular shore spot and have heard it can put out some pretty decent catches of fish from time to time. There where guys shore fishing the st paul side of the river at the confluence last spring and having good luck around this time of year. Early and late in the day is when the fish tend to move into the shore lines to feed.

Went out of 494 on Sunday. Managed two white bass fishing vertical with plastics. No bait shops between Eagan and 494 so no meat in the boat. Marked a lot of fish around underwater structure but could not coax any walleyes or sauger.
