Had a chance to make it out on lake pepin Friday afternoon! 
Fishing was a bit slow but we did manage a few small saugers!
Ice was a solid 10″ we went out of hak sa la in lake city! for whatever reason the fish just dont seem to hold out there in the winter as much anymore! Im thinking it a lack of current!
where we were was 10″ remember pepin is a river so stay away from points where the lake narrows down and underwater objects that direct currrent to the surface! ice will be much thinner there!
