Is there a place to put my boat in the water south of pepin? (in the winter months) I would like to fish the wing dams by wabasha in the winter. everybody visits the dams, i would like to try something diffrent this year. thanks in advance!

Camp Lacuplis is open year around if its not iced in. $5 launch fee. You could also try the Wabasha city ramp if its ice free. $8 fee.
wabasha city ramp is iced in almost right a way, i tryed the camp last year and i think they had it closed for the year.
