I have a question that me and another person were debating. This is a duck hunting question involving the border waters. Lets say a person is legal to hunt ducks in Minnesota as well as Wisconsin. Is it legal for a person to shoot a limit of birds on both licences in the same day? Say shoot a limit in Wisconsin in the morning then drive across the bridge and get a limit on the Miunnesota side? He seems to think it different from fishing because those are “shared” border waters. It would seem to me that there is no way this a legal because a limit on one side of the river is also a limit on the other side.

Fishing is not a hobby. A hobby is something you do in your spare time.

MrWalllleye, Please give me a bit to get back to you. I know the answer, but It’ll take some space, and I’m working on several criminal case investigations now. So I’m hoping this can wait being duck season is over. I will get back to you, and all who are interested in this question. Thanks, Warden Stone.
