Hi Anybody tell me what you do, if anything, about waterpressure gauge line, in freezing weather, as it seems to always have some water in it?. Maybe I can just disconect it for the winter?.

Personally, I wouldn’t do anything. Never had a problem leaving it with water in it.

If you are concerned, detach the water pressure guage and speedometer from the guage. (The speedo works on water pressure too) Then disconnect the other end from the motor. The water pressure should be hooked up near the cylindar head, the speedo tube usually comes out of the lower unit. Suck the water out of the tubes like a straw. (Yuk !)

Like I said, never had a problem. Of course the speedo and water pressure guage do not work when frozen, but always function again after thawing out.
