open water on pepin

    As I was driving by the lake yesterday and I saw open water in 4 places (Methoditst&NoPoint) area.
    Be very, very careful. There were still ATVs out there…

    thanks for the update sir that thing needs to open up soon! those people on wheelers have got to be crazy the ice was very very soft this weekend
