holding water at Pepin?

Any predictions on how long the water is going to stay this low. Are they holding water at pepin in anticipation of the annual grain barges going south?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining about the low water. I’m just trying to figure my Vac. days with the great fishing patterns going. {John}

I don’t look for the river to rise any time soon. We are in for a very low water winter. I am just hoping with the abnormal low flows Everts docks won’t freeze up this winter . Lets all hope the power plant puts out enough warm water to keep it open.

I actually was talking with a couple guys about that same thing when I was down there Sun. Might have to push the old jon boat accross the ice.
