Does anyone know if there are any ramps open to launch from on pool 9? I heard that The channel was open from Genoa to lansing, and was hoping to get the boat out this weekend. Blackhawk or Genoa would be where I would launch from, or a launch in Lansing would be fine too. Any ramp that can get me to the channel!! I’ve been seeing a few boats heading south out of La Crosse the last few days, That must be where they are going. Just want to see before I drive down that way with boat in tow.
