We needed rain, but this is getting rediculous!

We need flow!!!! I have never seen pool 3 so s-l-o-w!!!!!!! You can barely make out the ripple of the wingies! I spent the afternoon towing a guys boat back up pool 3 after his prop fell off!

Herb, went out out yesterday for crappie. Took neighbor lady with me. Didn’t use our family secret weapon. Caught everything but a crappie. Big gills, rock bass, small mouth, LM ( green carp) LOL and a 22 in, channel cat. Figured had to be the front that oved in.

As far as I’m concerned the river could’nt get any better. Planning on heading up to the river this Wed, thurs, & maybe Fri depending if the river stays on the low side, probably fishing mainly for crappies. It’s been great I hope as Gianni says that it does’nt raise in a big way Ecnook; maybe we could tie up for a afternoon of fishing panfish & Bass, Maybe you could show me what handlining is all about. {John}

You’ll have to get up here on Monday…I work the next two days and I’ll be off to Red Wing on Thursday and Friday.
