Tow on Lake Pepin???

The Tow Frank Stegbauer has been going up and down the lake at a crawl for the last few days. Anyone know whats going on?

I don’t know about the tow but I see a cruiser agound just above Long Point. If their waiting for the river to come up to float it off it will be a long wait!
