Does anybody put in on pool 5 on the Minnesota side? Weaver , Goose Lake, Minnesika ? Recently bought a house there and cann’t find where anybody talks much about landing at these locations.

I’ve put in at West Newton to go fishing, Weaver and Pritchard’s to hunt. It is a long haul through shallow, stump infested water to get to the main channel from Weaver or Pritchard’s. From the West Newton landing it is not as far and through some deeper (though narrow) backwater channels.
