I just called the minnesota d.n.r information system today adn started chatting with a nice girl on the info line…… she explained to me that the d.n.r (all state workers) were going on strike this next week….. so be sure to get any info, regs, licensing done NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

They’re not positive of the strike, it DOES look to have a good degree of probability but casting that strike vote can be harder than most are willing to admit to themselves. All I’m hearing from all the retailers is “BE PREPARED”. If you need a license by next week, I’d get going. If you don’t need it until November, maybe it won’t matter…………….but be advised, it could.
The question I haven’t heard answered yet is, “Who’s our law enforcement if the strike happens?” And why oh why can’t license purchases be continued electronically? Anyone else?
