I don’t have a link but I do have two navigational maps from the twin cities all the way to the Ohio river, one is a 1965 that I picked up in a old book store and the other my wife got me for my birthday at a book store downtown, You might be able to pick one up at the Mississippi river store in the science museum in the lobby in St.Paul, if they don’t have one I’m sure they can tell you were to get one.I’ll see you on the river this weekend.

Thanks Tim. That is the one. Now I need to print and lamenate them to keep in the boat. Any one have any idea when they may update these maps. Seems to be a fair amount of work going on on the river lately and it does not show on the maps.

you CANNOT GO BY JUST THE MAP of the WING DAMS. on Map 26 where it says hammond chute and the 710 marker, what you don’t know is that THAT WING DAM goes all the way through the island and into the next cut.

I know because I found out the HARD WAY.

always use a flasher on the river and abide by the 5 foot rule. UNDER 5 foot, idle at all times. over 5 foot you can “run” in areas that you have BEEN THROUGH BEFORE. otherwise take your time.

this will save you time and LOTS OF MONEY.

    the old rat.
