Does anyone know if they found the boy yet? Is that area closed to fish until they find him?
My brother and I go down there every memorial weekend and camp out on the islands.
Just want to know if we need to find another area to go.
There’s 3 landings(that I know of) which have been closed. Finding a replacement landing is not an issue. The waterways up there are open. You should have no problem finding a place to camp for the holiday weekend.

I know that the two closest to the south side of the Dam are closed? Is the third one the Dresbach ramp?

The 3rd one is the West Channel landing over near Shore Acres. They had it closed off yesterday.
Now I’ve heard they are scaling the search down. That may open the landings back up.

We usually park at the landing below the I90 bridge.
How has the fishing been?
We have been doing this for about 4-5 yrs. Does anyone want to share any tips on being a little more productive? It has always been real hit or miss when we go. We are not picky as long as something is tugging on the line. All catch and release.
