Is there anywhere I can catch carp off shore until the water clears up in pool 2. How about that little park 694 and Central area? I’m not asking for your best spots but a general area would help. Thanks.

that would be great but if I was to go to pool 4 I would target walleyes. Pool 2 is so muddy I thought I would take a break and bring my lawn chair and a few cold ones and catch some carp. Usually this time of year I go to the sT Croix power plant but since theyve shut it down they havn’t moved up there.
Try Mill Ruins park where the coming cat gathering is at. Plenty of them around the downstream spillway… bring a net, your elevated.
