Bomb Threat at Lynxville Dam

    There was a note found mentioning a bomb threat for the Lynxville Dam today. The FBI and Corp of Engineers searched the dam and the area around it and found nothing. There will be a news release on channel 19 out of LaCrosse. I called the county sheriffs dept. and the information he gave me reassured me that we were being well taken care of.

    Sounds to me that some one had a bad day walleye fishing! I have had my bad days also but I never got that frustrated and just hope they get the person as that hurts a lot of people and can be very serious bomb or no bomb!
