    Yesterday must of been one of those days where Rivereyes could find the River cause he and Stillapup2 were there fishing [together even]. Wonder if it wasn’t Stillapups eyesight that found the river. Any how, great to see and meet you both. And yup o’l rivereyes does have BLOND hair. Anyone out there got some good o’l blond jokes to make Rivereyes feel like hes back home [on the ftr website]. Bill

    well for a while in the morning there was water everywhere.. and we stood in confusion looking around for the river… but someone told us that it was just RAIN… which though it starts with an R like river.. and is also made of water.. its not REALLY the river…. so once they pointed us to the landing…. we were off for a day of adventure!!!

    Of course, now going in the right direction, it was time to see what the tricks were going to be this time! Well, I tell ya……………he just didn’t give it enough thought to stu’p the pup! He should’ve known I’d be waiting for the old line-in-the-troller routine……………..but NNNnnooooOOOOOOooooo……………he just insisted on getting me again and was SO FOCUSED, that he forgot about himself and CHOP-CHOP to the prop went his OWN line…………………..TWICE! Kept saying something about zig-zagging being a neccesity for success! No one else was! But he DID try and now the tally is Pup 2, Riverdance 2. Maybe next time ol’ Tai Kwan RiverLeap will have a new trick up his sleeve! :O)

    I THOUGHT THAT RIVEREYES FORGOT YOUR SEAT WITH ALL THE STANDING YOU WERE DOING IN THE BOAT!!! THAT’S RIGHT …..MY PUP STANDS ALL THE TIME TOO.

    I still say the “second” time did not count… cuz the prop never got a good hold of my spiderwire… just gave it a couple of good thumps that woke me up!

    and yeah.. the PUP was TOO quick for me…. way to alert for the “old” tricks… guess even though you cant teach an OLD dog NEW tricks… apparently the reverse is NOT true… it seems you REALLY can teach a NEW dog OLD tricks!!! *SIGH*

    Talked to the master coniver himself last night and he got so mad for not humiliating the pup that he threw his boat over the bank………………..not shorebank, hillside! LOL! Maybe he figured if he wrecked the boat he didn’t have to worry about that trailer anymore! HA Haaaa! I LOVE this guy!!!! LOL!

    now technically I did not THROW my boat away…. it merely rolled down hill out of control until it hit a tree……

    it appears the tree suffered more damage than the boat… maybe I will have to try again!!

    LOL

    oh… and if anyone has a line on a halfway decent trailer for a 14′ boat… drop me a line huh??

    ohhhhh you can ask the PUP or a few of the great guys that helped me duct tape and bubble gum the beast back together… that YES… Im REALLY serious about a new trailer… this one is going no where except the junk yard!!

    ohhhh by “new”…. I mean something servicable that I can get cheap!…. wouldnt make sense to have the trailer cost more than my boat… and my boat is worth less than a grand for sure…..

    nooooooooooo Im not REALLY cheap…….

    I just enjoy the ambience of fishing out of a real classic boat!!!

    a 1965 Crosby trihull!!! you just dont see them on the water everyday!!! (well unless Im going fising everyday!! *I WISH*!!)

    but yeah….. freeeeeeeeee….. FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

    moooo ha ha…… yeah… thats the ticket!!!!
