Normal pool levels

I use http://www.riverwatch.noaa to check out current water levels, can anyone help me find what normal pool levels would be? If it’s on riverwatch I can’t find it

I use rivergauges.com. (the official Corps site) You will need to specify which district (St. Paul, Rock Island, etc…) and which river or flow you are wanting to check out. They have real time listings for each recording station including what the historic normal water levels are. I just checked and we are right at 1 foot below the average level for Dubuque. They have about as much information as you could want including the number of barge tows in a specific pool, the direction they are heading and the number of barges in each tow.
