top bucktails and k grubs?

    hey guys trying to decide what to order from b fishin for bucktails and k grubs but not sure what colors to steer towards just curious what are some of the top 5 producers or any patterns in particular to look at…thanks guys for any tips figured best ask before I whip out the plastic lol have fished basic colors with limited sucess but want a back up incase my cranking or 3 ways aren’t producing

    best bet is to have some of each size and color

    Erick,

    I’ll give you what has been the best colors for my K-Grubs and Bucktails…

    901 Black Head – Black Body
    902 Black Head – Kelly Green Body
    905 Orange Chart. Head – Orange Chart. Body
    906 Pearl Head – White Red Core Body (Bleeding Shad)
    907 Perchie – Black Bars on Chart. Body
    there hasn’t been any one size that has been predominant then the other

    202 Pearl BLue S & P
    204 Chartreuse Pepper
    207 Firecracker
    218 Wine & Roses
    219 Cotton Candy
    The wine and roses and cotton candy have been new colors added this year and I have been getting a lot of great feed back from people that have purchased them from me.

    for k grubs i use purple and cotton candy worked awesome this spring on the ol miss.

    Wonderful!!! Got a gobler out of the bad boy but not in Mn to much rain but shooting some trap to get a feal for it right now but for the time being I have eyes on the mind way to much

    And i also i was going to add I have in the past tied my own tails as well for trout fishing around here but just curious I have a major issue witht he hair pulling out and I am tieing the stuff on tight to any ideas on what my problem may be there at all?

    I use bucktails a ton in the fall, and my best colors are always dark, blacks, blues, purples, and greens. When the water is really dirty brighter greens with bright heads work good also.

    Pearl Blue S&P k grubs Thats about my favorite earlier in the year!
