Any Pepin Tips?

    I am putting my new boat in the water Monday AM for the first time. I’m not rigged with a kicker yet so can only drift, cast or pull spinners and such with my 65lb troller. I am torn between fishing the north or south end of Pepin. Any suggestions? Walleye, bass,,,it doesn’t matter

    I spent all morning on Pepin yesterday.I would say go to the norh end and start somewhere on the Wisconsin Channel or on the main river around Red wing.See walleye forum and read James post.We fished six hours from Pepin city to Lake city no walleye’s were active for us.Good luck and please post as that’s where I’m heading next.Oh yea James post on sheepie trolling thread.
