We were out Mon and caught a little bit of everything. Started pitching jigs shallow and caught a few eyes, and then a gar, and then a few northerns. Went to vertical jigging and picked up a few more eyes but we decided to go back and cast the same areas with plugs and stickbaits. Ended up catching about a dozen nice white bass 2 – 3.5 lbs and a few more northerns and smallies. It was a lot more fun casting than jigging for some reason that day.
