2nd Annual Falling Rock Fishing Contest

Join in on the second annual fishing contest at the Falling Rock!!!

Entry Fee $55.00 ($5.00 for bigfish pot)

Hours 7am-3:30pm Honor system launch anyplace on pools 9 or 10

2 Person teams 100% pay back plus $100.00 big Sauger award donated by the Walleye Anglers Trail (WAT)

Rules; 4 fish limit,Big fish must be included in your 4 fish

Sauger or walleye Min Length 15 inches.Boundries are pools 9 & 10.Must be off the water by 3:30

Weigh-in to begin at Gordon’s Bay Launch at 3:30(Across from the Bar)

Must be at the Launch no later than 4:30

There is no boat inspection.This is run on the honor system

Awards at the “ROCK” following weigh-in.Great Door Prizes just for fishing.Sandy will also have her GREAT Chili ready for everyone that fishes. Here’s a partial list of Sponsors;

Sounds like a good time.I have never fished pool 9 where is Gordons Bay Launch at ???

The launch is 1 mile south of L&D #9 across the street from the Bar on hwy 35

Just an update as of this morning we have 19 teams.There is still room for more.Water levels on both pools are looking great and the weather is looking even better.

Another update we have 23 teams as of now still time to sign-up.Just shy of $500.00 for first Place.This will pay out 100%

How did your tourney go Len ?

I was up in the morning and got some small saugers on 3 ways. The grass was pretty bad, i heard a lot of people struggled. I pulled out around 10 and hit some backwaters and got some smaller gills. No huge fish, but still a super nice day.
