Well, it’s official..My good friend John Schoultz is closing Muscatine Island Bait and Tackle..Those of you that have fished around the Muscatine area know he and his wife as good folks who always gave out the correct info on what’s happening, always liked a good laugh, and tell you what they’re really biting on, not what he wanted to sell you that day..They are closing up the shop after many yers of serving sportsmen from around the Midwest..They’re having a going out of business sale starting December 6th..I’m gonna miss going over there, but more importatly going to miss seeing John as that rascal is going to be doing a whole lot more serious fishing..Best wishes from all their many friends and all I can say is, look out for the guy in the tan and green Lund, ’cause he’ll smoke ya’ good!!
