my friend and i walked down to the drain at the minnehaha creek this morning and had some fun with the smallmouth and the crappies on bobbers and fatheads…..not much for size but we had alot of action….biggest smallie was around 2 lbs or so…we caught 6 or 8 smallies with some nice crappies mixed in…in just a couple hours…it was a great day…no pics yet, i have to get them from him later…
just thought i’d pass it on..

It was a great day to be anywhere on the water…or just outside!

    Looking forward to the pics!

That can be a good place to get a little bit of everything this time of year.. way less pressure then spring down there(joke these days).

sounded like a great outing! .. or at least worth walking the 50,000 stairs to get there.

Shumpy, time to get out and hit the Ford Dam Area we recently boated enough walleyes to run out of minnows two nights in a row!! They are shallow right now and easy pickins!!
