    Were thinking about staying at cedar ridge resort in nelson wisconsin and need to know if it’s located above the dam in Alma or below the dam. Thanks

    Lundy,

    Cedar ridge is located above the Dam, on pool 4. I hope that helps.

    Lundy, Stayed there two summers ago. Very nice place. Only thing is the dock area is down across the highway. You can walk or drive there. If you don’t want to leave your boat in you could also go down to Alma marina and put in there. Also, if you use there docking take care to check water levels as there are some stumps and shallow water back in the lake. JLK

    Lundy, Sorry, I wanted to clarify that he has no launch there so you’ll have to launch somewhere else any way. Have fun!! JLK

    You can launch at the marina too…You could proly even keep your boat there for a little or nothing because all the pleasure crafts are out of there slips.for a couple weeks last year they let me keep my duck boat there for free..

    Thanks to everyone that replied and sorry i’m just answering back but i’ve been working double shifts.
    But i guess what i’m really looking for is lodging thats below the dam at Alma. Thanks again
