Well, Fishing Machine and me tried it again today. this time we launched from the landing at Desoto. We did a little bit better compared to Monday. At least this trip there were some walleyes (just 2 thou) in the boat. And I got my first white bass ever – man they sure can put up a fight. Got it while trolling for walleye. Still a bit cold and windy out there for my liking. We had a great time though – Thanks so much again Fishing Machine for the seat in your boat.

It’s a darned nice little boat. Got it from Herb. It gets me where I want to go. And I can catch as many fish from it as if I had anything larger or more fancy. Depends on how hard I want to work at it.

I might add that MG ( Cheri ) was usung a new Deep Thunderstick / Red hot Tiger and my New one was a JTD GRPPLR SHD JR / Chart Perch. My largest walleye just inhaled it. Wanted to turn it loose but it was bleeding too much by the time I got it in the boat. Water depth we caught these in was from 8 ft to 12 ft.
    Another fun day with Cheri.
