There are a couple of ways to do it…
Blackbird and Truedale can be reached from the access at Dushanes Landing, it is a public access east of Hastings on 10th street, and go about 5 miles. From the landing blackbird is right, and Truedale is straight (North) of the landing about 1 mile as the crow flies. Truedale is best reached this way in a small boat, or high water. Blackbird can be reached in anything you can launch into the landing.
For North Lake, there is a public access in North lake just past the Etter bridge. The landing is shallow, as is the lake itself, so be careful. There is a landing by Treasure Island, but do NOT leave any valuables in your car!!!!! The dock is not in yet, so it can get dicy if there is any wind. Otherwise, come by river from Prescott (10 miles) or lock up from pool 4, 1 mile. Head in through Brewers cut, and NOT Sturgeon Lake unless you have a jet drive…(Ha!) Very shallow, and LOVES to eat lower units!
Good Luck!
