Does anyone remember where the checkpoint is north of Stillwater? I know this point is supposed to be the end of the line going north but can you cross this point going south, if you’re heading to another launch for landing and heading home?
From what I remember from the article I read over a month ago, you can pass the check point going south, but could not return back north of the check point. I dont remember exactly where the point of no return was but I thought they were going to have the Wisconsin park patrol house boat (forget the name) that patrolls at the Kinni anchored there on busy days. Sorry I cant give info in greater details.
