I would like your input on how some of you set up your lead core rods? for my set up i go with a 310 gti penn filled with 9 colers 18 lbs test and a 6 to 10 foot leader with fluorocarbon leader line. this has produced well for me. but allways open to new ideas!
Has anyone been pullin the lead around?
We have been trying the last few days but only gettin em on one color #5 rap. Catching a good number of them but they only will hit the one color.

And I use the daiwa 27lc reels one guide select graphite rods.
I have 2 with 18 pound and 2 with 27 and run a five foot mono lead.

well.. heck I will toss the color Ive been using in for free….
fishing the croix the only color I had luck with was perch…..
did not pull lead.. only fished 12′ and shallower…. long lined 100’+ 30# powerpro…. worked great…. and yeah.. daiwa just like yours… great reel… just picked up 2…..
