i have been looking at the river stage predictions and the way it looks there lowering the whole upper mississippi river to below fall stages all ready

what are they trying to acomplish right now our stages are a hair below normal all ready and by monday they are to be where they are in october on pools 18 and 17 as well as up and down the river

are they scared it going to flood? they planing on working on every dam in the river? they dredging every pool?

this is really concerning me cause down here we dont have much backwater left that we can get boats in in normal pool and i feel they will ruin the fishery if they keep this up

Could you post a link to the site where you got this graph?

This is where to go: http://www.crh.noaa.gov/mpx

Then you go to the Rivers & Lakes AHPS section and pick what river you want and then it gives you a graph. I use it all the time for the Chippewa River in Durand. I hate hitting things in the river It cost me a lot of money last year. River levels are low all over.
