Just a heads up. Drove by the Lillydale access today over the lunch hour and the gates were locked. Not sure how long its been closed up??? Just a heads up if you were planning to put in there.

Still locked up! It’s been that way for weeks not. They actually locked us in there while we were fishing and we had to call the park patrol to open it up. Lucky they left us a note with the number.

May 23, 2014 at 8:09 pm #1412119They locked me in there weeks ago.I asked when it’d be open again and the security guy had no clue.He gave me his card and said I could reach him at his office if I needed to,which didnt make much sense to me since he said he had no clue when it would open again,maybe he needs a new friend I guess..I was kinda hoping itd open this weekend.

My buddy’s and I got locked in a park once. Had to break out. I’m sure they thought someone broke in. We were very unhappy they didn’t check first. Within weeks we turned around and locked the same park ranger in with one of our locks. Drove by once to make sure he was secure. It was awesome.
